Terms and Conditions

Payment Options and Policies:
CHECK, CASH, VENMO and ZELLE are accepted.
Credit Cards are now accepted with a 4% fee.
Please make checks payable to Celeste's Cleaning Services LLC. If you would like to recive invoice please let us know and we can provide them. Payment is due 48 after cleaning. Late payment fees apply.

Past Due Balances:
Clients are expected to keep their accounts in good standing by paying invoices promptly. To ensure clarity, the following policy applies to overdue balances:

If payment for services becomes overdue for two consecutive cleanings or remains unpaid for two months, whichever occurs first, all cleaning services will be suspended until the full overdue balance is paid.

During the suspension period, scheduled cleanings will not be provided, and resumption of services is subject to payment in full of the outstanding balance.
Scheduling, Rescheduling, Cancellation and Lockout Policy:
- For one-time cleanings with an estimate of greater than $300 dollars we require a deposit of 50% prior to the scheduled cleaning.
- For client's with bi-weekly recurring cleanings. If a cleaning is canceled, we ask that you wait till the next scheduled cleaning to keep the original schedule, or if requested to clean the following week, the next cleaning will be done on the original cleaning schedule the following week. So for those two weeks the cleaning will be done weekly before going back to the original schedule. We ask for the flexibility, due to the fact that we have other clients on the same time/day with the opposite bi-weekly schedule.
- We require 24-hour notice for reschedules or cancellations. There will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the customer's typical cleaning rate for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled cleaning and all lockouts.
- We will make every attempt to reschedule company initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions as close to the regular scheduled cleaning date as possible.
24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with a portion of your cleaning, let us know within 24-hours and we will send a crew back to your home to redo that area.​
Damages:
– If we are requested to dust/clean inside of china cabinets or hutches, start laundry, wash dishes, clean small computer equipment, antiques or collections, or to use customer’s equipment (e.g. vacuum), customer agrees not to hold Celeste's Cleaning Services LLC, or any of its employees responsible for any damage or breakage to any article or component.
– We will make every effort not to break items, but accidents do happen. We have General Liability insurance for claims of property damage resulting from our products, services, or operations. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of service and after 30 days, customer assumes liability.
Other Information:
- To meet customer needs and their satisfaction, Celeste's Cleaning Services LLC, reserves the option to reevaluate rates at any time.
- If customer requests changes to service that differs from original estimate, additional charges will be billed or a new estimate may be required.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
